IESE Business School: MBAs & Executive Education
IESE Business School offers programs for all stages of one’s career, starting with our Master in Management for recent undergraduates all the way to executive programs for C-suite professionals. We’ve been ranked by Financial Times as the #1 business school in Executive Education, the only school to hold this position for 5 years. We currently rank 12th in the FT Full Time MBA ranking, being #3 in Europe.
People, global mindset, positive impact, general management and entrepreneurial spirit are our core values and we breathe and truly live them on and off campus. We expect our students and alumni to leave a positive mark in the world and to be ethical in every decision they make.
Our Full Time MBA can be completed in 15 or 19 months and is mostly based in Barcelona, with international modules in Nairobi, Shanghai, New York and São Paulo, and an optional exchange program in other top business schools around the world. Students who decide to pursue the 19-month track will have to do a summer internship at the end of the first 10 months. Students that opt for the 15-month track will, instead of the internship, stay on campus doing summer classes.
Our Career Development Center will support students in their job search journey for the internship and for post-MBA opportunities. 93% of our students have, at least, one job offer 3 months after graduation. 30% of graduates go into consulting, 19% go into Finance, 20% go into Tech and the remaining go into a broad variety of sectors (such as Retail, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Energy, etc).
Our students have on average 29 years old, 5 years of work experience (minimum, 2 years) and varied professional background. Our international students account for 85% of the cohort and we have more than 50 nationalities represented on campus. The diversity in the classroom is leveraged by the case method, used in nearly 100% of the classes. We take a General Management approach, with students choosing the focus they want in the 2nd year with the electives.
Although based in Spain, our program is 100% taught in English and we request a minimum TOEFL of 100 or 7 in the IELTS. The GMAT (or GRE) is mandatory, and although we don’t have a minimum score for this exam, we encourage candidates to reach as close as possible (and even better above) to our 690 average, given the high competitiveness of our candidate pool.
The combination of our highly diverse class, the case method and strong values sets us apart from any other school in the market. Reach out if you want to know more! Our Admissions team is highly approachable and available to help you in this transformative journey.
